(I) ACCOUNT/CLIENT MANAGERS, Hanoi and HCMC (code: SALES)
• Manage, maintain and services existing customers.
• Target new accounts and explore business opportunities to achieve sales targets for assigned market segment/s.
• Maintain a high level of sales achievement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Conduct sales presentation, prepare sales proposals and negotiate with customers’ key executives to win significant orders.
• Coordinate with marketing team to develop marketing plans and strategies.
(II) NETWORK CONSULTANTS, Hanoi and HCMC (code: PRESALES)
• Gathering technical requirements from customers, provide network designs and writing of proposals.
• Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Support sales team on sales call and customer enquiry.
• Provide technical solutions that may include integration of various products and technologies.
• Provide product/technology update to both internal and external customers as and when required.
• Provide both technical and business consultancy to end customers
(III) SYSTEM ENGINEERS, Hanoi and HCMC (code: SE)
• Provide post sales supporting services, including Maintenance, and Engineering services.
• Provide technical consultancy to end customers.
• Strong technical skills, especially in integration networks solutions.
• Hands on experience in network devices.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is highly preferred.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
For all positions
• Aged from 20 to 40
• University graduates in relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years in relevant working environment or similar position.
• Excellent team working skills, interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy, fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
For both positions I and II
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understand the business and market knowledge.
For both positions II and III
• Cisco, Sun, Microsoft certification/s, product knowledge in CISCO / SUN Systems’ networking solutions are definite advantage.
• Knowledge in at least one other technology e.g. VoIP, Network Security, Remote Access, Network Management or Operation/Business Support Systems.
• Prior experience in designing Telco/Enterprise infrastructure or transmission network.
• Knowledge in CISCO / SUN Systems’ networking solutions products.
• Hands-on experience in the configuration of switches and routers or other networking devices.
