Hỏi về config router khi bị mất pass

Khi tôi muốn config router nhưng bị mất pass thì có phương pháp nào để xoá toàn bộ lệnh config trước để config lại từ đầu được không.

ban có thể crack pass từ cổng console.
Khởi động router và nhấn ctrl break lúc router đang khởi động.

Đối với Series 2500 thì gõ lệnh o/r 0x2142 và lệnh i

Đối với Seires 2600 thì gõ lệnh confreg 0x2141 và lệnh init (or reload, sorry khúc này ko nhớ rõ :D)

Sau khi reboot lại router, bạn vô xoá startup config or đổi password lại.

Nhớ đổi lại thanh ghi boot, router-config>config-register 0x2102

Không biết có dùng lệnh config-register từ user mode được không nhỉ, hình như là không.
Còn tại sao 2600 phải cấu hình là confreg 0x2141 mà không là confreg 0x2142.

Tôi muốn config router 3600 nhưng tôi ko biết password tức là phải crack pass rồi, vậy cho tôi hỏi khi cracks password bằng cổng console thi password cũ có bị mất không và có phải các router khác nhau thì crack pass bằng cổng console là khác nhau ko ?

Khi crack thì mật khẩu cũ sẽ bị mất. Các routers khác nhau sẽ có các lệnh cụ thể khác nhau để crack mật khẩu. Cụ thể: cách crack mật khẩu trên Cisco 2500 sẽ khác với cách được áp dụng trên Cisco 2600/3600. Cách crack trên Catalyst switch sẽ khác với cách crack trên router.

Trong trường hợp vẫn muốn giữ lại mật khẩu cũ tưc là sau khi crack mật khẩu xong , và mình lại muốn để cấu hình trở lại nguyên trạng như cũ thì vẫn được .
chỉ cần dùng lệnh copy startup-config running-config

bạn sẽ làm gì để vẫn bảo lưu được password cũ?

a. Password cũ sẽ hiển thị trong running-config?
b. Nếu password bị mã hóa, bạn sẽ làm cách nào?
