As you can see from my resume, I learned in Aptech Computer Education Center for 2 years, graduated in May 2002 with a degree of Higher Diploma in Software Engineering. Besides, I also completed my Java certificate (Exam 310-035) by self-studying with textbooks and supporting documents provided by Sun Press in June. Recently, I have registered for a place in the Distance Course in Business Admin at HCMC Open University.
Regarding my experience in IT industry, during the course at APTECH, I handled many projects and sub-projects using languages studied on course, such as Oracle 8i, Oracle Developer 6.0, Java, Visual Basic and MS Access, SQLServer, C++ and Visual C++…
I have been working at Dan Phong Software Solution Co., Ltd. for more than a year. I took part in the development of admin e-systems using Java and uPortal Framework, such as VNOffice for provincial administration, iPlan for HCMC National University, EasyBiz for business admin, and also in the deployment of the products.
I am also designing, coding and managing websites and forums using PHP Scripting, phpBB2 forum, Postnuke Website for various purposes, URL: http://www.maitruongxua.com for old friends’ idea exchange and discussion, www.vnpro.org for leading network experts
I am quick at learning, strong in teamwork, and able to manage time efficiently. I can read technical IT documents in English. So I think a position related to Programmer or Web Programmer will best suit me.
