Tại vì code thiếu 2 cái dấu nháy ở chỗ user_actkey=4b19ce6552bd8727 đó bạn.

tui ko rành coding :), cái này chỉ có nhờ admin sửa dùm :D

Mình cũng bị lỗi này, SQL error này chỉ có người viết code nhu admin mới sửa được thôi. Tuy nhiên, khi mình update các thông tin khác thì không sao, chỉ khi update email address mới đụng phải nó thôi. Hy vọng admin có thể khắc phục được
