Job Description
The individual will provide technical sales support to internal sales teams, partners and customers across ASEAN/Pakistan regions. He/she will also conduct solutions and technologies training/update to partners and customers. The primary customer/market focus is Vietnam voice/VOIP/CC opportunities and the selected candidate is also required to support other ASEAN/Pakistan request together with the team.
Primary Role Responsibilities :
- Solution design for complex/strategic projects
- Provide technical advices & solutions to key customers
- Conduct presentations to customers to favorably position networks' solutions and technologies of the company
- Conduct regular solution and technology updates to key customers
- Conduct regular sales and technical training to partners
- Assist the sales teams/partners in preparing technical proposals for strategic projects
- Assist partners review, verify and assure quality of Networks' solutions/proposals
Required Skills/Experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to position and articulate Networks' solutions
- Good experience in voice/VOIP communications and Call Centre solutions
- In-depth understanding of the voice/VOIP/Call Centre technology and market.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in voice/VOIP/Call Centre environment
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
