Lỗi AIS khi dùng router 3725, help me!

Hi all,
Tôi hiện đang dùng router 3725 qua đường truyền E1 để truyền dữ liêu.
Hai điểm truyền giữa Hà nội và Đà nẵng đã tốt nhưng với đường truyền Hà nội - TP Hồ chí Minh thì bị lỗi AIS. (các đường truyền này đầu thuê của bưu điện và đã được đo thông tuyến)
Các controller đều được config: linecode : HDB3 và framing là NO-CRC4.
Tôi đã thử loop đầu xa thì Interface trên máy tôi vẫn Up và khi show interface thì giá trị reliability tăng dần và đạt 255/255.
Tuy nhiên khi đấu nối đầu kia vào router 3725 thì khi show interface trên mày của tôi thì thấy giá trị reliability giảm dần (
giảm khá chậm) và khi đạt khoảng 160/255 thi interface bị down với lỗi "AIS detected".
Tôi nghĩ cable và các connector là tốt, nhưng cũng không hiểu lỗi này là do thế nào và cách khắc phục nó

Receive (RX) Alarm Indication Signal (AIS) (Blue)
A received alarm indication signal (AIS) means that an alarm is occurring on the line upstream of the equipment connected to the port. The AIS failure is declared when an AIS defect is detected at the input and still exists after the loss of frame failure is declared (caused by the unframed nature of the "all-ones" signal). The AIS failure is cleared when the loss of frame failure is cleared.

Step 1 Check to see whether the framing format configured on the port matches the framing format of the line. If not, change the framing format on the controller to match that of the line.

Step 2 Contact your service provider to check for misconfiguration within the telco.
