B. Both ********3 and ********4 must be an ASBR in order to become neighbors.
C. Because the area parameters do not match, ********3 and ********4 cannot become neighbors.
D. Because of the redistribution configured on ********3, ********3 and ********4 cannot become neighbors.

I guess the answer is C. Your idea?!
