Job Description
To Monitor performance on Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN
To perform health checks on Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN
Carry out system backups, recovery plans & disaster recovery
Vendor-liaison on hardware/services according to SLA
Vendor coordination for replacement of faulty hardware
Provide coordination and escalation on service outages with service provider/network vendors
Raising, Handling and Resolving Incidents and support sales Outlets (POS)
Have knowledge and working experience with Ethernet, TCPIP and troubleshooting skills.
Must prepare to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Perform and monitor computer operations at the data centre and to maintain, install and service data network communication equipment.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of experience in the related fields
Must have knowledge in networking fundamentals, monitoring tools & trouble shooting skill
Good communication and collaboration skills
Good written, verbal, and documentation skills.
Good communication in English(Fluent in English will be added advantage)
Independent and require minimum supervision.
Study CCNP or CCSP at VnPro will be preferred.
