Job Description
To Monitor performance on Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN
To perform health checks on Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN
Carry out system backups, recovery plans & disaster recovery
Vendor-liaison on hardware/services according to SLA
Vendor coordination for replacement of faulty hardware
Provide coordination and escalation on service outages with service provider/network vendors
Raising, Handling and Resolving Incidents and support sales Outlets (POS)
Have knowledge and working experience with Ethernet, TCPIP and troubleshooting skills.
Must prepare to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Good configuration and skills: VPN, Firewall. IPS, High avaibility.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
May be read/write English skills – IT technical skills
2 to 3 years of experience in the related fields
Studied CCNP Securities(CCSP) at VnPro will be preferred.
