Job description:
Provide technical support to staffs in the company to work efficiently
Manage wireless networks
Manage servers, networks, firewalls, Internet connections
Deal and resolve problems related to network and computers
General Website Administration; manage IT equipment
Manage System Administration Security: Cisco ASA, Sophos Central Cloud Protection.
Organize and plan for data backups and data safety.
Provide necessary training for users.
Ensure that all PCs are in compliance with Company’s security policies and regulations
Monitor and manage general of assets of the company
Perform some tasks per request of the Head and Board of Directors.
Recruitment requirement:
College degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience as IT support/ IT administrator or meets equivalent skill requirements.
Have primary experience in helpdesk.
Have knowledge LAN/WAN routing and switching.
Good communication skill.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Adaptable, meticulous, innovative and self-motivated, with good problem solving skills.
Experience in AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO/File Server/VMWare.
Have experience is SQL Server/ Veeam Backup is a plus.
Have certificate CCNA / MCSA / MCSE is a plus.
